Technology Help Desk Ticketing System

Go to the MBRSD Helpdesk web portal or email Tech Help to create a ticket. Your ticket will be assigned and you will be contacted by a member of the technology helpdesk team. This system provides email updates on the status of your ticket.

District staff writing technology grants - Please work with the technology department to ascertain that the software or equipment you want to include in your grant can be supported by the technology department. You must complete the Technology Grant Approval Form before submitting your grant application.
