1. All applicants must be enrolled in an accredited educational institution (kindergarten through graduate school) in the United States. All applicants must be ages 5-25 and meet the age requirement by Oct. 5, 2020.

2. All applicants must have demonstrated on-going commitment to their community by performing unpaid volunteer services impacting hunger in the United States within the last 12 months.

3. All applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States who reside in the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii only.

4. Volunteer services performed by applicant must help non-family members.

5. If applicant is selected as a potential national Stephen J. Brady Stop Hunger Scholarship recipient, in order to be confirmed as a winner, the student's parent or legal guardian must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Assignment of Rights.

To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
A) Minimum GPA of 3.5
B) Major of study must support a career in the finance industry (e.g., finance, business, accounting, mathematics, management, and other related majors)
C) Must be a US resident
D) Must send in an official transcript
E) Must be a current or future college student (e.g., high school senior)
F) Scholarship must go to tuition purposes (will be paid directly to the university/college)
G) Complete an essay for submission (see essay guidelines below)

Advancing Women in Transportation offering a $2500 scholarship for a female high school senior interested in STEM and who may be considering a career in a transportation related field.
