• Send in completed order form to school, including payment, with your child
• Mail completed order form to school, including payment to 116 Middle St. Farmington, ME 04938
• See Laurie or Cherise in the office (no order form needed)
• Email Laurie or Cherise with the following information and send payment to school ASAP, with your child or by mail
  • Child's name
  • Order information
    • Products wanted
    • Total payment amount
